Christmas is a magical time, and the festive season sees Armitage’s transform into a Winter Wonderland. For the kids, Santa is a regular visitor to Armitage’s in the run up to Christmas. In early November, he arrives at Armitage's and heads for his grotto, where he will be every weekend until Christmas. He’ll also be hosting a tea party at both Birchencliffe and Pennine garden centres where children can have their faces painted and listen to Mrs Santa telling a favourite Christmas tale. We also have a special letterbox in-store where children can post their letters to Santa in anticipation of his arrival on Christmas Eve.
