If you are having trouble downloading our new E-News voucher don't worry here are a few simple steps which might solve the problem.
To begin, you must have the latest Adobe Reader installed. This is a trusted program used by thousands of websites.
To make sure you have the latest version simply click here and follow the instructions.
We suggest you follow the steps provided by Adobe and, once complete, restart your PC before attempting to open the voucher again.
If this does not work there are a couple of other options.
If you are using Internet Explorer 7 or above, we suggest you clear your internet history and files before opening the file.
To do this click the safety option in the top right hand corner of your browser and select Delete Browsing History, then make sure all the boxes are ticked and click delete.
You will then need close Internet Explorer and re-open the voucher
