Beds of colour!

Your garden is no doubt bursting into life and now is the time to add colour with bright and bold bedding plants.

Creating fresh new displays with annual bedding plants such as petunias, begonias, lobelias, geraniums, and pansies is a great way to add colour and impact to your ourdoor space, no matter how big or small.

Bedding can be grown in hanging baskets and pots or borders in your garden and will thrive with regular watering, feed and deadheading.

For inspiration, look at the mixed packs available in store for effective colour combinations, plant just one variety or colour for a big impact or experiment and create your own combination of colour.

Your bedding plants will thrive all summer long with a little care and attention:  

• Remove dead flowers as they fade to keep them tidy and encourage new blooms
• Water every day throughout summer, ensuring plants in containers and hanging baskets don't dry out
• Apply a liquid feed once a week  
• Remember to protect bedding plants from late frosts
