Ensuring our customers receive the best possible customer care as well as quality, value and choice is important to Armitage's. To ensure we consistently achieve a high standard of service excellence, Armitage's is a member of numerous organisations.

Armitage’s is a member of the Garden Centre Association, formed in 1966 and committed to achieving excellence in customer service, plant quality and reliability. Every year, each of the 160 members throughout the UK and Northern Ireland, must undergo a comprehensive annual inspection to ensure they continue to meet the stringent criteria set out by the association and therefore maintain membership.

As a result, a GCA garden centre assures you excellent levels of service, plants of quality and associated products as well as innovative lifestyle displays, professional advice and information.

Armitage's Garden Centres are pleased to have received several GCA awards over many years and in 2010 both centres were awarded highly commended status for achieving high standards in the independent audits carried out by the GCA. Both centres featured in the top 3 of many catagories and Pennine celebrated first place for the following awards:
